Initial 2 hour evaluation and consultation include medical history, physical exam, lifestyle analysis, and lab analysis.
Follow-up 1 hour visit to review lab results. Recommendations will be made regarding nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and hormonal balance. Prescriptions for bio-identical hormones
will be provided, if needed.
6 month Follow-up Evaluation includes physical exam, follow up labs and any other repeat testing as indicated.
